PRICING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

While Snoozy Bedding strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Snoozy Bedding cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Snoozy Bedding shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Snoozy Bedding may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your security the order information is verified for accuracy before your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

RETURN POLICY: All Returns of product are subject to a 20% restocking  fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of receipt to be valid. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit or refund of the product price minus any shipping charges will be issued.   All exchanges & replacements will be honored minus shipping charges.

All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment within 3 days of receipt of delivery. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with original packaging.  Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Snoozy Bedding will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. Snoozy Bedding reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

FOR DESIGNER BED SETS ONLY -
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item that did not fulfill your expectations you may do so at any time within 30 days from your purchase for an exchange or refund minus the shipping costs. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee as stated above.

However; you may only return items after emailing us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and to receive shipping instruction and the return address. Since many items ship from all different parts of the country you can NOT return items to our business address as it will be refused and returned back to you.

Preferably use the same shipping method to return the items to the provided address; this address will either be a distribution center or the manufacturers warehouse.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the package in the event that any issues arise during the transportation of the returned order.

All returned items must be in unused and original condition and in their original packaging (additional fees may apply if returned products are not in their original condition and packaging).

Many of our items are offered for sale with free shipping so for these items the actual outbound and inbound shipping will be calculated and subtracted from your purchase refund.

Since we offer you many different product categories from different manufactures with various return policy rules, additionally, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
Please also note that once an order has left a warehouse and it is listed as shipped in your account, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order after it has shipped, it will then fall under our item specific return policy, where shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipments

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 Business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking unless otherwise stated , we will provide you with a link to track your package online via email. (you can also view your tracking information by logging into your account) UPS ground shipments can take up to 7 business days. Though UPS tries to deliver your package promptly in some cases shipments may be delayed due to bad weather or holiday seasons.

Though Snoozy Bedding is located in Jacksonville, Florida. We have warehouses across the country. We can not guarantee the geographical location your item may ship from.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
